With approximately 5,000 m² of production and operational space, a team of around 50 people, and nearly 20 years of experience in the hardware industry, XZT specializes in custom bag hardware and metal accessories for handbags, luggage and leather goods.

Our manufacturing capabilities cover mold development, die casting, machining, polishing, surface finishing, customization, inspection and packing. From drawings and samples to prototyping and mass production, we support flexible OEM and custom manufacturing requirements.

With extensive hands-on experience and an established production network, XZT works closely with international B2B customers to deliver consistent quality, reliable production and practical hardware solutions.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

From mold development and die casting to machining, polishing and surface finishing, XZT supports the key processes required for custom bag hardware production.

CNC Machining & Metal Processing

Our machining capabilities support drilling, tapping, milling and secondary processing for custom metal components and bag hardware parts. We focus on dimensional accuracy, stable production and consistent quality from sampling through mass production.

Mold Development & Tooling

From product drawings or reference samples, we support mold development and tooling for custom bag hardware in different shapes, sizes and structures. Our team works closely with customers through design confirmation, mold preparation and sample testing before moving into mass production.

Die Casting Production

Our die-casting process supports the production of custom bag hardware in different shapes and sizes, with attention to structural consistency and stable batch quality. After casting, components can proceed to trimming, machining, polishing and other secondary processes based on project requirements.

Polishing & Surface Finishing

Our polishing and surface finishing processes help achieve smooth surfaces, clean edges and consistent appearance for custom bag hardware. Different finishing requirements can be supported according to product design, material and final application.

Electroplating & Color Finishing

Our electroplating and color finishing processes support a range of decorative and functional finishes for custom bag hardware. Surface color, appearance and finish requirements can be adjusted according to product design and customer specifications.

Quality Inspection & Packing

Before shipment, each batch is checked for appearance, surface finish, structure and overall quality. Products are then sorted and packed according to order requirements to help ensure consistent quality and reliable international delivery.
